Why you should change ?

___ You should change !

John : Hey mark let's start working out from tomorrow
Mark : Actually I have very busy schedule and I don't have time for the gym..

Just like mark, Often we see many people are opposite to change , they don't want to make any changes in their life.

But why most of the people don't want change in life ? ,
Reason is our brain consider change as a threat and that's why brain oppose change. So what is change , defination can vary person to person, let's have a defination of change for any activity we do on regular basis ,  "change is a little or big inclination while performing an activity we are doing from some amount of time in order to improve this activity."

So let's talk about an example , One of the college student who got 70% every year while studying 3 hours a day. And he always wants to get 90%. So it's clear he will not get the the desired result if he follow the same study pattern. Then he started finding the possible changes he can made in study pattern so that he can improve the results. He started finding the possible ways to improve his marks and he started working slowly. After some time he succeeded in his challange and got the desired result.
So the point here is, change is inevitable part of life if we have to transform ourselves. So if we want the different results in life then we need to follow the different paths too.

The Decisions

_ Reversible and irreversible decisions  Our today is a aggregated sum of what decisions we had taken in the past. So this is a strong rule that our decisions make huge impact in ourlife either in current phase or latter.  So does all the decisions put the same impact ? Answer is No, Because some decisions can be corrected if not accomplished. But some distance are very hard to recover once fails. Basically there are two types of decisions one is reversible and another is irreversible.  Let's dive deep into this, the lightweight decisions which cannot make huge impact in life and can be repair if getting fails are called as reversible decisions and the decisions which are hard to reverse, once executed and has huge impact in life are called irreversible decisions. So here if we talk about the examples choosing which shirt to wear for event is a reversible decision, whereas which career to pursue is irreversible. The context of this two can vary person to person. Someone's...

Follow Your Heart

- "Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary"                     Steve Jobs                            In most of the cases we know what we actually want but due to external influence we select what is good for others. This is applicable for everything from selecting a simple thing like clothes to selecting the most important part of life like careers. In such cases we should follow our heart and intuition, it guides us properly.  Let's take an example, Mark was someone who wanted to become a Tennis player and most of his friends were interested in becoming a football player. Everytime he was playing tennis, he showed best performance but his friends suggested mark to play football, they gave 2-3 reasons to skip tennis and starts playing football. Marks decided to pla...

Steve Jobs Quote

" Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. "                                    Steve Jobs Often we see people copy others or act in a way so that other can acknowledge them or praise them and they leave behind what they actually wants, so here in this specific Quote the author is focusing on following our own intuition.  We don't have to focus on what others are thinking about what we are doing, we should follow our own path.  Often people copy others for everything like from choosing clothes to selecting careers. However they may not perform well as they directly copy others instead of knowing their own Potential  To truly succeed, we need to reflect on ourselves and follow our own paths.
